    <content type="html">Yep.  Just got today's exercise, all right.  Went on an errand for work.  They told me to go to the post office on Mattis.  I did.  Car overheated.  Couldn't get a ride.  Walked back.  Took maybe an hour and 15-25 min, maybe.  Very tired.  Hot today.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turned out that the people at work had misremembered-- they needed the post office on Neil, just a few blocks from here.</content>

    <content type="html">I work.  Thus, I exercise, through fifty-pound boxes of cheese, fifty-pound bags of flour, and twenty-five pound batches of dough.  Rather dull, although I find doughmaking very relaxing... a zen calm.</content>
